We do not sell your information to other companies. When you purchase a product online, your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped, and your credit card information is never re-used except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments. Plank™ will replace or issue a credit for defective products under or items that were damaged during shipping if reported to Plank™ within 21 days of purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned within 21 days of receipt in original packaging and condition.
